Our unique method is fast, robust and is fully verified and validated against the requirements and can often be delivered in a few months (depending on project complexity).

TOGAF® Architecture Development Method
We manage enterprise scale IT projects in the same way as we would an engineering project and use the V-model (albeit in a more agile way) to develop requirements and ensure that they are met using a 3 stage verification and validation process that is bullet proof and provides the client with necessary evidence to earn value and secure funding.
Azurelope have a very experienced team with unique experiences and skills that enable us top deliver all of this in a matter of months as a turnkey service. Our experienced team have working knowledge of the TOGAF® 9 standard specifically in engineering use cases and use a series of pre-built industry architecture artefacts to select from and we combine this with our working experience of Building Information Modelling (BIM) (ISO 19650) and Asset Management (ISO 55000). Azurelope are also a cloud software vendor (REBIM) and have inhouse experience of modern microservice cloud architecture.
We have successfully delivered projects in nuclear, defence, rail, judicial, healthcare and property industries and have helped many owner operators to understand the importance of data modelling and standards for asset lifecycles up to 100 years.
